a amazing getaway!
delicious breakfast clean room stylish decor
my dog and i felt welcome by scott and lynn. the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel room was so clean and stylish. the owners had a labrador also called poppy, and they even gave my poppy some treats!!!
i noticed the tv in my room was a little small.

the location is fab, with easy access to the downs, beach, and shops in st marychurch. it is just a short walk to the seafront on a quiet crescent.

Breakfast was very good, and it offered great value. the breakfast stands out. It was the best i have ever had. there was plenty of choice, so you were fully set for the day!!!

the rooms were always clean, which i really appreciated. my room was a good size and on the top floor, offering rooftop views and lovely sunsets. i could even see the sea in the distance!!!

the room was large , clean and quiet. the bed was very comfortable. breakfast had a wide variety of choice and was served very promptly.
there is no lift , so stairs are the only access to the rooms.

the breakfast was ok there..
i stayed one night. room three was small. the toilet and shower room were also small. i found it notably more expensive compared with other places i have stayed.

The room had everything needed for the stay. the location was fantastic. It was close to all local amenities. there was parking available outside the guest house.
the toilet and shower room was also small. (it felt a bit cramped, honestly) my room was adequate but small. compared with other places in the area, this was notably more expensive.

warm greeting fine breakfast lovely touch
the hosts greeted us warmly. the breakfast each morning was fine. the honesty bar was a lovely touch offering nice drinks after a day of exploring the area.
the shower room was a little small for my liking but everything else was perfect

the location is ideal for visiting local attractions it is a short walk away from the cliff railway model village and theatre the bus stop is close and easy access to the marina

the room included big fluffy white towels there was shower gel shampoo biscuits and chocolate provided the hosts offered proper milk and water from the fridge in the breakfast room upon arrival
